Why should I join?

Why you should join Lancaster Place Civic Association:

LPCA works vigilantly to support and protect the interests of Lancaster Place residents. We maintain lines of communication with realtors and with the City of Houston to protect our deed restrictions; and we represent your perspective on proposed projects, public or private, that may affect our neighborhood. As a result of our efforts, LPCA has strengthened our Place within the Houston community.

Who can join the Civic Association?

If you own, rent or otherwise represent a residence in the 1500, 1600 and 1700 blocks of Sul Ross, Branard, West Main and Colquitt streets – as well as the west side of Mandell and the east side of Woodhead between Richmond and West Alabama – you are eligible to join. Residents on our immediate borders can also be invited to join the Association. Please see the map of boundaries for more info.

LPCA is a volunteer organization, and your support is critical to its success. We work for you.

Please contact your volunteer Board Members with any questions regarding membership. You may also continue to pay in-person at any of the Lancaster Place meetings or events.
