Why should I join?
Why should I become a member of LPCA?
LPCA works vigilantly to support and protect the interests of Lancaster Place residents. We maintain lines of communication with realtors and with the City of Houston to protect our deed restrictions; and we represent your perspective on proposed projects, public or private, that may affect our neighborhood. As a result of our efforts, LPCA has strengthened our place within the Houston community.
Who can become a member of LPCA?
If you own, rent, or otherwise represent a residence within the boundaries of Lancaster Place (West Alabama Street to the north, Richmond Avenue to the south, Woodhead Street to the west, and Mandell Street to the east), you are eligible to join.
LPCA is a volunteer organization, and your support is critical to its success. We work for you.
Please contact your volunteer board members with any questions regarding membership.
