Lancaster Place is a beautiful deed restricted subdivision located between Richmond and Alabama near the Museum District, Medical Center, Rice University, St. Thomas University, and walking distance to great restaurants and entertainment. The beautiful old homes (built in the 1920s) and tree lined streets give the area a serene feel.
